    Avoid A-1 mulch and gravel at all cost. Trucks that are broken down, promises to deliver on a certain day/time and DAYS go by and they don't deliver. No matter who you deal with there, they seem to be incompetent and do not know how to run a business. I ended up cancelling my order and get a credit back then called Shep's in Phoenixville. What a difference in customer service, professionalism and responsiveness. The difference was night and day! I had only called A-1 because Brandywine in West Chester was moving locations and didn't have any product. I won't that make that mistake again!

    Ordered on a Sunday morning around 9:30am.. They got me a same day delivery. We're at my house with the mulch at 11am. Great service!
